NOTE FOR OTHERS this particular IC doesn't have a bootstrapping feature as far as I can determine but it's high current output & Schmidt trigger input makes it an excellent buffer to drive low side mosfets, mosfet driver transformers and other downstream inputs that need more current than a logic signal.
