Produced during Nolan Ryan's noteworthy stint with the Texas Rangers (he pitched his seventh no-hitter during this time), Nolan Ryan's Baseball disappoints with its short, stubby, unrealistically portrayed players. Adding to the disappointment are slow players, weak throws from the outfield, average gameplay, and below average graphics. On the plus side, play control is decent, there are animated close-ups and digitized voice effects, and players can pick free agents, trade players, select a manger, and create customized players, each with alterable running speed, stamina and other attributes. Overall, the game is not worthy of its license.

The item arrived in great time but was unfortunately slightly crushed during the shipping process. This was not at all the sellers fault as they used a “Handle With Care” labeled package which I appreciate; I just wish UPS was easier on their packages. I would recommend perhaps adding more layers of protection for products as expensive as the one I purchased in the future (such as more bubble wrap), but besides a few bends in the cardboard my item still arrived as described. Would recommend.
