Terrible seller. Lied about shipping then said the item was back ordered, then when asked for a refund seller said it was already shipped but was not. Stay away from this seller.

As can be seen by our feedback we are not a terrible seller. Are there mistakes made and miscommunications at times sure, that is life. Nobody lied, the package was scanned as accepted by the USPS, sometimes that is the only source of information we have. Unfortunately it is not possible to white glove every order and know exactly where the order is and when what transpired. There are multiple people and services involved in the orchestration of an online business. The order was refunded.
