I ordered ‘ivory ‘ . The photo doesn’t look ‘ivory’, but the colour in the ivory photo to me looks beige and that is the colour I wanted so I that’s why I ordered it. I wanted a light beige colour. When it arrived it is what I would call ivory but not the light beige I was hoping for. I want to return it free of charge as the advert does state “free postage and free returns” and choose another colour but after requesting this I’ve been told I can’t return it but I can receive 25% refund.
