    Defective items and even sells them used as new, better take other sellers into account so that the same thing doesn't happen to them, I lost my money and the customer service is lousy

    All 100% not true. The buyer used our USA version tool outside the USA and blew it out. All of our items are BRAND NEW Factory sealed. We have no control when somebody buys an item and tries to create its own made up power source and burns it out. Even though they did create the problem we still said we would assist but they did not want to ship the item back. They are just looking for money back without a return. Sellers beware of them
