Yes have contacted seller, before I purchase the phone case, I checked it was for or would fit iPhone x, when received case car to small, so wasted money, supplier weren't helpful so money wasted

Stock checked and fits perfectly I use an iPhone X my self, buyer has most likely purchased for an iPhone X/S Max hence refusal to even return it at our cost, proves this is yet another case of feedback misuse.
