Not happy at all with this seller It took forever to get the item. When I contacted the seller to tell them it was damaged once received, I got pushed off telling me to take care of the issue. I would never buy from this seller again. The item was bubble wrapped which tells me it was damaged when shipped from the seller.

After the buyer sent a message about the item being damaged in transit, I advised her to file a claim with Ebay as that is the only way I could have issued a refund. It wasn't to "push" her off. Ebay requires the buyer to notify them of an issue with a purchase before the seller can do anything.
