    The item appears in LIKE new condition but the seal has been broken and the packaging shows a cut where something was used to open it. I truly needed a new product without evidence of being opened and cannot use this for intended purposes due to package being opened. I did reach out to the seller to see about a partial refund since they do not accept returns and her argument was that she accepted my lower offer. But I DID believe the item was unopened when I purchased which is why I bought it.
