Baracuda Angling Centre offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

Where any doubt exists about the age restriction being met then any invitation to buy will be cancelled and no delivery or sale will exist.

A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.

Certain products or services may be available exclusively only and this means that they may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee they will be accurate.
Images are for illustration purposes only, and if multiple products appear in one image this is to show size and colour variations only and does not necessarily mean that you will receive more than one product for the purchase price. The title, stock option or description (including size or measurements) will indicate if the listing is for more than one product or of there is more than one item per packet
We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.
CLAUSE 6 – ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card details, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

If in our sole judgment you fail, or we suspect that you have failed, to comply with any term or provision of these Terms of Service, we also may terminate this agreement at any time without notice and you will remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination; and/or accordingly may deny you access to our Services (or any part thereof).

CLAUSE 18 – DISCLAIMER FOR SITE USAGE AND COPYRIGHT
Baracuda Angling Centre disclaims damages of any kind, compensatory, direct, indirect or consequential damages, loss of data, income or profit, loss of or damage to property and claims of third parties implied or otherwise relating to use of this site.
All pictures, material, code, intellectual property and descriptions are the property of Baracuda Angling Centre. It may not be copied or used without the express permission of these parties.
CLAUSE 19 – ONLINE RETURNS POLICY
On www.anglers-square.com we want you to be satisfied every time you shop with us so we make our returns policy simple. Goods for return or exchange must be sent back to us within 14 days of receipt. Simply send returns back to us at the address below via a secure Post Office service. (Royal Mail Special Delivery service recommended). Upon receipt of the goods, we will send replacement goods or issue a full refund for the price of the goods returned. Our only stipulation is that they are in a saleable condition, in other words;
The tags have not been removed
The garment or tackle item has not been used, worn or damaged
The item is returned in its original packaging undamaged.
We will issue the refund (or send out an exchange) within 30days, and you will see the credit on your card after approximately 3 or 4 working days. Although we issue the credit straight away it takes this length of time to work its way through the banking system (some building societies can take up to 10 days). A refund will show on your card under the name Baracuda Angling Centre.
Except where the goods you return are faulty or damaged, the cost of returning the goods to us is your responsibility
Baracuda Angling Centre will not be held liable for any loss or damages when being returned to us, this is why we highly recommend posting any returns via special delivery option.
Please be aware that refund does not include your cost of the original postage and packaging or return post if the goods are not damaged or faulty.
Please note that for your own security we advise you to send goods back using a service that can be tracked.
CLAUSE 20 – BACK ORDERS
Any item marked as “Temporarily out of stock” or “Ordered on request” will be placed on back order and may delay your order. We may have to contact you depending on availability at our suppliers.
Payment for back ordered items will not be taken until the items are ready to be sent to you.
CLAUSE 21 – PAYMENTS
Please keep your receipt for anything you buy. It will ensure we can help you, if you need to bring anything back.
We accept payments from all major credit cards and PayPal. If you are shopping from outside the UK, place your order normally and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency automatically.
