I purchased this item thinking it would charge my zsnake electric scooter. Upon plugging it in to my scooter, I noticed it was not charging my scooter. I pulled out my multimeter and began checking if the charger was at fault. I checked the voltage coming from it and it checked out ok. Upon switching to the amperage, it showed that it was only putting out 2 amps. On eBay, it specifically said it was a charger for zsnake and it was 5 amp charger. Ultimately I returned it.
