Dear Hiro, I am extremely pleased with the guitar you sent me. The guitar is in pristine condition, the strings were properly loosened for shipping and the instrument was packed to prevent any possible shipping damage. The action on the guitar is almost perfect, no bow in the belly and the sustain is over 11 seconds which is same as LL16.
