photo clearly shows item, and ad clearly states that its a repair for the arm, and noit the whole arm, return was accepted and even provided a label, but buyer ran to feedback instead of replying to messages. Sadly some buyers just click and buy without reading ad or looking at photos.

I looked into this for the buyer and the item had been delivered to his local parcelshop as he had arranged, according to the shipping company. Buyer decided to send a tirade of abuse instead of using that time to collect their parcel. Chancing for a discount. I'm unsure what they wanted me to do by this point.
