Seller has trouble with shiping, so it was returned, (I have bussines opened 365 days a year from 7am to 22 pm) so he did theat me asking me to pay again shiping or he would not send it again, bad mannered person, ebay forces to refund me but Im waiting 2 months and I havent got the item, not recomended at all.

I had sent the package to the address you specified. Local post office delivery staff said the package was unclaimed, causing it to be returned. How could the package go unclaimed if you were there? So it's not our fault.
Our product description stated the rules clearly for relevant return and reshipment. It is unfair for you to leave a negative review because of local transportation issues.
Regarding the refund part, the store refunds directly, not eBay forcibly refunds. Please note.
