Solid steel.Good price. A bit hard to adjust, since only one eyebolt of the turnbuckle will screw all the way in flush, due to the length of the eye bolts being too long, but did the trick. Lowered my XT250 to a comfortable seat height. Reused the original flat washers on top of the supplied spacers since those center holes fit the OEM frame bolts, cutting down on wallow.
