Item arrived damaged. Poor packing and poor shipping. I contacted the seller twice to file a claim with UPS but no response yet. Friends warned me that they have received damaged items when bought on EBay or CraigsList. I believe the seller and UPS did the damage here. I hope the seller responds. EBay has been terrific so far.

I want to apologise for the tone of my previous message. I was so upset that the decanter was quite damaged. I blame UPS. It was clearly marked as FRAGILE, but while I reviewed the pictures I notice that there were (what I think) wheel/spoke holes in the inner blue box. The package was handled poorly by UPS. If you would like to file a claim I will support you.
