I had a broken navigational screen on a SLC43 AMG. I sent them pictures of the numbers on the back of the screen. They responded quickly to my message and said the one they had would work. I ordered it and within a couple of days received it. I had a issue with the first screen they sent me. I sent them a message and the next morning I got a message apologizing and said they would send another one out. It worked perfectly. I will definitely be buying from them again. GREAT customer service
