Unfortunately was sent a wrong order by mistake (hence 4star); someone bought a fluid mechanics textbook and I bought art mags and we got sent each others' order by mistake. Honest error by the seller and she messaged as soon as she discovered it; we were given full refunds and apologies. Mistakes happen, she was professional and apologetic, and although my order was accidently the wrong one, it was packaged well, received quickly, and the error refunded, so I'd still buy from her store again.
