The item had a bad graphics card and gave lines across the screen and patterns indicative of a bad graphics card. I talked with them and eventually opened a return. They said their part was not bad and was tested before hand and wanted to argue. I was basically forced to open a ticket with ebay. Then the seller hounded me to cancel the support ticket cause it'll reflect badly on them. Come to find out its private and wouldnt look bad on them. ebay said closing the ticket keep me from my return.
