Company was great to deal with, shipping time was so good i couldn't believe it had arrived so soon. As for the shaver itself, it said "floating heads", but they weren't floating. It said read the instructions but there were no instructions, just the paper that said "read the instructions ". Nothing to tell you how to change the shaving head to trimmer heads. It had a shirt cord with it and it said to plug it in the wall, but you couldn't do that because it had to be plugged into a charger.
