When opened all the packaging was damaged or missing and it was clearly secondhand. The copper staples had been opened, yet the seller claimed the gaffer tape was to help hold the box shut, in this case the staples would still be intact. It is interesting that recent feedback is for a faulty step. This is probably what they have sent me. Initiated a return which they have failed to provide a return label for. AVOID!
