Initial cpu I received was DOA, seller made it no problem to return and refund, which I did and ordered a new one, which not only works but works fabulously, even though 18 cores it's making far less heat when stressed than the 10 core i9-10900x it replaced. Seller was great to deal with and promptly made things right.
