Items never arrived. Seller got them back from the postal service. I was offered a chance to send more money and wait another month. I ask for a refund. I was offered pennies on the dollar for the thirteen things I bought. I got nothing. They kept my money. EBay lies. there is no money back guarantee I don't know what is worse being cheated by a seller or lied to by the company I spend thousands of dollars with every year. Not anymore,

Items sent Tracked & Signed but buyer unavailable for delivery by USPS twice and failed to contact USPS for redelivery. Buyer ignored messages by us to call USPS after delivery cards were left then made false claims in message exchange after opening cases: we escalated case to Ebay which were found in our favour. We offered to resend package at buyers expense but buyer refused offer and still are happy to resend as we always wish to assist any collector. BUYER HAS NOW STATED EBAY ARE LIARS!

Lazy postal workers sent the items back. Seller kept them without communicating to me. After a month of waiting for this overseas sale, the shipping information continued to say "awaiting shipping" . I contacted them and they said I could pay overseas shipping again to get the thirteen items I bought. I said I just wanted a refund. They offered less than a third the original cost. EBay sided with them. I lost over 100$. Good bye eBay

items never came. owner reported they got it back in the mail only after a month when I asked were the lot went. They kept the money and the stuff offer to "resend" it if I paid them more money. EBay took their side. I will no longer shop eBay as they did not keep their word of money back grantee.
