Didn't know these mice existed. Works pretty much just like a modern optical mouse, so long as you keep it on the pad and the pad oriented the right way. No special driver needed, just use regular CTMOUSE. Solves a big problem running old machines with no PS/2 or USB port regarding mice; the problem of ball mice.
