The label was created on the 18th, but it did not get received by USPS until a couple hours after I contacted the seller on the 20th. Seller stated the items had already been delivered to USPS and that he had sent them out faster than eBay required. I provided screenshots showing USPS had not received the items at that time, and two hours later, they had received the package. Will not do business with this seller again.
