These are used items, defects (small ''nicks'') as you called them in a message to me are shown on pictures and by your own admission the items are in "Good Shape" - For less than $200, I'm not sure what else you expected. - You never asked any questions, if they ware brand new, you would have paid close to $1000. Nothing was hidden, especially "intentionally"
