Very Disappointed, I Received This Package But Unfortunately There Was Nothing In The Box, I Contacted Seller (no joy), I Asked Ebay To Step In, they told me to send Package back (the package was an empty box, cut open with a Stanley knife) (no joy)

Buyer stated non delivery first - tracking shows delivered. Buyer then claims empty box received - Courier label states the weight which corresponds to the weight of the buckle in the parcel. Buyer asks to return the buckle - prepaid label sent - buyer then closes return. Buyer then says parcel was delivered cut open - photo of delivery shows parcel intact. We will always help and resolve issues where there is a genuine problem.
