      Customer bought a black one and we sent the black one, customer said we sent wrong, I just said we didn't sent the wrong item, he feels like I insulted him. I offered discount even though we are right, customer feel I was crazy, and then I said he can return and get full refund. He said he will give me a negative feedback.
