- t***a (347)- Feedback left by buyer.Past 6 monthsVerified purchaseSeller sold me what was supposed to be a brass rosary. When it arrived I cleaned it with dawn dish soap and warm water and the brass color came off like it was painted on and now it's silver colored. Told the seller and sent pictures and the seller said "I can't see the silver you're talking about" like I was lying. Now they want me to pay to send it back to get original refund. The brass figures are there to show the color that it was and advertised to be brass which it's clearly not. Scammers.Reply from: paintedrosalena- Feedback replied to by seller paintedrosalena.- Feedback replied to by seller paintedrosalena.I mentioned it would have to be returned, and I intended to give them a return label. They became very hostile, with insulting comments, and told me not to contact them again. It seemed that they wanted to keep the rosary and get a full refund. I cleaned with baking soda & vinegar. Dawn dish soap would never do this to it. I believe they used the wrong metal cleaner on it, like wright’s silver cream, which it would give it a cooler, silvery sheen. I regret that I couldn't resolve the issue.
- j***s (440)- Feedback left by buyer.Past monthVerified purchaseSeller listed item for sale. I bought it. Seller cancelled sale, reporting it was not available. Why list it for sale then? Lame seller and for anyone paying attention, any seller rating less than 97% is not worth your time. I think this seller is hovering around 93% positive.
