DPD tried delivering the item to the wrong address, no help with that, just told to contact courier myself. When they did arrive the next day, they had sent the wrong item. Customer service insisted I had to return for them to refund and then order the item again! Given the hassle, I just ordered from another seller, which arrived faster and they sent the correct items!
