I tried working this out with this seller. I purchased two of these, but in two separate orders. It appears that I received the 2nd one ordered first and gave feedback on this one, thinking it was the first one ordered. I never received the first one and asked that this seller send another one out. They refused. So, I received the 2nd one, but not the first. I will never order here again.
