    Great box as usual.Delivery by Yodel not as good as previous carrier which was DPD. I was left the wrong package in my doorway but fortunately I was in and called the driver before he drove off. Not very professional. Had several boxes from this seller before which DPD delivered with no problems what so ever

    Very disappointed!!! Box turned up blank! No stickers on it anywhere, told them and they said I should check all sides (as if I’m stupid and hadn’t done that)! I returned it and they said they hadn’t received it so I have paid for a box returned it and they won’t send me a new one as they hadn’t received my blank one! Are you keeping up! This was supposed to be a surprise present for my husband, but I paid £40 and have nothing to show for it! Not even a blank one! Now they are ignoring me!

    Apologies, incorrect box was originally supplied & replacement made straight away. We arranged a royal mail collection on your requested date which you did not keep to. We then tried to arrange another collection date with you, but had no reply, a week later you claimed to have sent it by your own method but have not provided a return address or any tracking relating to our address after it being requested numerous times. We have tried to resolve this but no information has been provided.
