BAD SELLER I won the auction and placed $500 credit card deposit. I tried multiple times to contact the seller wus7490 to arrange the final local pickup. The seller wus7490 failed to contact me and complete sale placing the seller in violation of e-bay policy. E-bay says the deposit is not covered under buyer protection because this was a vehicle purchase. E-bay requires me to file this claim with VPP but will not provide seller information to recover my refundable deposit. MasterCard resolve
