The item I received was similar, but not exactly as shown in the description. Not much of a problem, but something to be aware of. I like the item I received just as much, however. It's even more beautiful with added scrollwork than the original item I ordered. Also, the knife was very well oiled that it had to be wiped off before use. One drawback was the shipping packaging. There was no box. The knife and sheath were both loose in a vinyl envelope. A bit disappointing as this was a gift.
