Shipper’s choice of packaging leaves a lot to be desired. Heavy bulky solid steel item was wrapped in plastic envelopes instead of being boxed causing an extreme slow down by the USPS. What should have taken a few days turned into 2 weeks.

Item did not fit. Measurements were not exact from shown ones. I used a digital calipher to measure when it came. but, I knew there were no returns so it is my mistake for buying item. So am stuck with something that I can not use. I am sure that if it could have been returned I would give a better rating.
