Packaging could have been:
- more eco-friendly
- not used hard-to-remove adhesive tape on the pedal board
- made sure the spikes were well into their threads -- one had fallen out into the packaging. (The one that fell out revealed a stack of dust, so I'm not sure what "thoroughly cleaned before dispatch" entailed. There were also other fairly easily removable marks on the metalwork.)
