Dear Ally Bain, I am very sorry that you had some difficulty unpacking the painting, although I did not see any photos of the damage. It’s a pity that you didn’t write to me, I would definitely help.
The film cannot stick to the painting because I put a certificate of authenticity between the film and the painting.
Most likely, you damaged the painting during unpacking by cutting the paper and film.
