The packing was pretty bad, there was no padding or wrapping around the ring in the envelope and it got bent in transit. Only reason I’m leaving positive is because - although it was bent, it didn’t break and being an adjustable open ring, I was able to bend it back into shape. Highly recommend that the seller package better in the future. A non adjustable ring would likely have been destroyed shipped in that way. The ring itself is beautiful and works great. No issues with the item itself.
