We normally ship with cardboard but your order came back to us with issue with cardboard in shipment because of Canada post policy doesn't want anything besides paper in regular mail and this time cardboard made it get rejected. Sometimes they go through fine, sometimes they get rejected and this time we had to ship without so it wouldn't be rejected. Sorry for inconvenience.
