Overall, I had a positive experience. There was a delay with DHL shipping and I opened a request with eBay to obtain a new shipping date. However, eBay instead refunded payment and closed the case. The jacket eventually arrived. It was securely packed and arrived as described (new with no tags). Communication with the seller was excellent. He was fair with negotiating the price, and tried his best to investigate with DHL about the delay. I was happy to reimburse him when the jacket did arrive.
