Item arrived covered in paint marker and excessive wear. I contacted the seller and they told me to remove the paint (which is on a dyed Mercedes surface) with nail polish remover or carburetor cleaner. 1- I shouldn’t have to remove their paint marker from a delicate surface. 2- I shouldn’t have to go out and purchase something to clean the item. 3- $25 shipping was a bit excessive. Seller came across rude and didn’t care. I would have been better off with the original. Unprofessional seller…
