As the first ordered size was too small I was offered a 50% refund which I accepted. I was redirected to another seller where I was able to order a larger size. The seller was very helpful in resolving the issue and prompt to reply to messages. I re-ordered a larger size and I'm very pleased to say that the item arrived in time for Christmas and I'm sure my grandson will be delighted with it. Just be mindful that the size guide chart is confusing - order size appropriate to age of child.
