Very good packaging but the hand with the dove should have been wrapped up with bubble wrap received it broke other than that everything else was good

Thank you for the positive feedback. This is very surprising as we package all our delicates in heavy duty 2 inch foam, cut and customized to each particular piece (unless we have the original box). We take great care in shipping fine collectibles and very expensive Lladros and have never had one broken. The wings were not touching anything in the box, so I'm really not sure how this could have happened.
