I purchased the part with the assumption that it would provide a signal from the DCF77 clock in the condition it is listed on Wikipedia. However, after plugging in, I found the signal to me to be chaotic, the pulse length is not 1 second, but rather variable. So either the signal scheme is different, or the device is damaged and it is possible, for example, by X-ray at customs.
Thus, I cannot use the device for the purpose for which I purchased it.
