Listed the wrong phone model even though the model was right on box. Photo used was not the item they were selling. Communication was okay, at first we settled on a partial refund and I'd keep the phone they sent. Then they changed their mind and we did a return for a refund. Then I needed to message them a few times to get them to send a return shipping label.
