I actually did reply, but I am unsure why the buyer didn't see it. I sent him a screen shot of the reply. It was a very unfortunate situation, where the item was misplaced somehow by my flooring construction crew who moved all my furniture around. I am not sure how this one item got lost, but it was in a small bag so perhaps they accidentally threw it away. When I went to ship it, I could not find it and looked through everything. I felt so bad to have to refund his money. I am very sorry.
