This seller was extremely rude, don’t bother. I reached out because the item had no tag which was not included in images or the description and had an extremely overwhelming smell that made me sick. I really wanted this plush with a working sound, though, so I reached out to see if we could find a compromise. The seller was extremely rude and denied the smell and didn’t care about hiding the tag info. Seller also misgendered me and didn’t apologize even after being corrected.

Dishonest review. Item was listed as used and showed no tag in picture as the tag hangs on the back of the plush hence no tag. Wasn't rude. Apologized the item wasn't to their liking, referred them to make a return. They didn't like that response, they threated to leave a bad review without a partial refund in lamens terms. Here is the review. Also, I moved to call them by the first name when error was made. Let me know if anyone wants to see screenshots of the conversation, happy to share.
