      The disc did not update my sat nav, I returned it by 1st class post exactly as I had received it, but the seller says he has not received it. Looks like I've lost my money, so always track your returns even if it was not tracked to you.

      unfortunately buyer didn't use Ebays Return system including Tracked Postage then complains when the item was lost by Royal Mail, not sure why a Buyer would blame me and not Royal Mail for loosing the item ?
