It does not go up and down all the way which is a common thing that happens to these older animated inflatables. More than likely a sandbag that is too heavy. Can be repaired. There is a small electric noise that comes from the adapter box which seems normal as it providing power to 3 fans. I tested for about a half and hour and seemed fine inflation and electrical wise. Some dirt spots but will come clean. The logos have some fading but hard to see during the day. No major fabric thinning/melting that I could find. No holes or major wear either. No fraying in cords. Needs new bulbs all of them are blown and can be replaced with LED ones by the buyer. Box has some wear but solid. Some rust on metal parts but can be cleaned. Overall nice used condition.
