The item was defective and not in perfect condition as described. The partial refund was only $25 for an $85 item that is falling apart. Very disappointed

THESE BOOTS WERE NEW-IN-BOX, NEVER WORN. BRAND NEW. THE PICTURES THE BUYERS SENT WERE OF WORN, USED BOOTS, NOT WHAT WAS SENT TO THEM. THEY USED THE BOOTS THEN WANTED A FULL REFUND.
