Cracked, rust and paint all on a supposedly “new” unused light fixture. This was severely a misleading posting. Not happy at all. And no refunds!

Item was exactly as described had been opened and out of the box contacted the buyer and advised them to request a return which I accepted, not correct in stating no refunds.
